JoFit - great fabric, great fit

Mrs. Golf picked up a new line late last year called JoFit, and your feedback has been nothing but positive. JoFit was founded by Jo Clark, an avid athlete who had her own ideas about how sports clothing should fit and perform. Mrs. Golf stocks her golf clothing and some fitness wear, though Jo also designs tennis clothes.

These two great shirts are from the Savannah collection. Other pieces we'll have in stock include a polo with a shoulder graphic, taupe/pink windowpane check Bermudas, and solid taupe and pink basics -- polos, shorts and pants.

Color Story

You've probably heard by now that turquoise was named the 2010 Color of the Year by Pantone LLC, the company responsible for all things color. They release two reports annually that name the Top 10 colors for spring and fall fashions. And gray got a spot on both those lists!

Gray is being heralded as the new neutral. Sure, you can wear grey with black and red, but think about grey with pink, purple, blue, green and orange!

Adidas calls gray Lance or Krypton and combines it with two pinks, Hot and Flamingo, along with white. The sleeveless polo shown here has a clear placed print down the right side and works well with any of their spring shorts, skorts or pants in black, gray or Hot! They also suggest their Athletic Performance tops in green or blue.

Tail uses a light cement gray and silver in a spring collection with a hot red/orange called Lollipop. You'll see it in Cutter & Buck's regular line as well as in the Annika Collection. New from Annika

The first shipment of one of Annika's collections is in the house! The group is called Midnight Sun, the color story is Navy, White and Daybreak, a light coral, peachy color. The PGA Merchandise Show - The Shoe Edition

The PGA Merchandise Show in late January is the golf community's source for everything new. New products, new lines, new styles, new what-the-hecks? Here are some of the more interesting shoes we found.

Nothing subtle about Tip Tee Toes, a new high heel golf shoe. The inventor swears the 1 1/2 inch wedge sole actually helps with your balance and weight distribution. They're cute, that's for sure! You'll be able to special order these through Mrs. Golf -- look for them at a trunk show at your club!


Next up, with a resounding "Hallelujah!" from the ladies in hot climes -- a golf flip flop from Golf Gators. They are available for men and women; the women's line so far features your choice of a pink strap or a black-and-white stripe strap, with more colors on the way. They use Champ spikes, have a place to insert extra tees in the heel, and raised edges on the footbed to help keep your foot from sliding. Golf Gators probably aren't the best choice for high level competition or walking 18 holes on a hilly course, but pretty cool for a fun round with your BFFs!
